Annie Mist Thorisdottir, a CrossFit professional athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She also coaches and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik. Annie became the very first woman ever to be crowned winner of CrossFit Games on two occasions. She won the CrossFit Games in 2010 and finished 2nd. Annie Thorisdottir (Islander) is an athlete in weightlifting CrossFit as well as a popular media personality. She became famous for becoming the first woman who taken home two CrossFit Games, in 2011 as well as 2012 Other accomplishments include winning Dubai Fitness Competitions in 2013 and 2013. She finished 2nd in CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's guidance. In her second year, she participated in her second CrossFit Games. Due to her impressive performance she became the first woman to be awarded CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie was again the winner of the CrossFit Games because of her outstanding performance. In addition, she became the first woman athlete to win twice in CrossFit Games consecutively. Also, in 2014, she was awarded a Silver Medal, and most recently, in 2021 she won Bronze in CrossFit Games. Annie has been coaching and training at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was started by Annie. In the last few years, as an athlete Annie is a model of a variety of sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Periodization Nuun Hydration Sidekick Yerbae, among other brands.
